Baby Artichokes 250 gr

Baby artichokes in oil are one of the typical preserves of the Mediterranean cuisine, which are the ideal way to taste this delicious spring vegetable all the year round.

Picked up and selected one by one, in order to guarantee a product which is palatable, they are wholly hand processed.
They are cultivated in the open field, without using chemical agents.
In all our in oil preserves, the only ingredient is white vinegar added while cooking, a method which has always been used to maintain the original characteristics of vegetables.
Very good condiment for first and second courses and as side dish.

Ingredients: Raw baby artichokes, extravirgin olive oil (26.2%), water, table white wine, vinegar, salt.
