Artichokes Paté 150 gr

A delicate cream got by the softer part of our Madre Paestum artichokes, united to the juice of our lemon for their preservation. Ideal to flavour beef and chicken but even to flavour a risotto. Thanks to its soft and dense consistency is perfect on slices of bread, crostini and pasta.
