Pumpkin Paté 150 gr

From the beautiful ripe pumpkin orange color. The pumpkin just collected in few hours in or laboratory and transformed in this special velvety cream.

It does not contain thickeners but its creaminess is due only by the pumpkin. A delicate comfort food ideal to flavor first and second courses.

It can be served accompanied to bread croutons and canapés, bringing to the table delicious finger food for appetizer, but it’s ideal to flavor pizza , a quick pasta, save lunch or save dinner or to accompanied meat or fish second courses .

It has a sweet and delicate taste and it’s ideal to make an excellent risotto with the only addition of oil and onion for the fried. Mixed to ricotta it becames a delicate filling for tortelli.
