Aubergines in oil 250 gr

Aubergines in oil are the symbol of the peasant tradition.
Cut in fillets, they are hand processed with salt and white wine vinegar and preserved in extravirgin olive oil, they are typically not homogeneous as regards thickness, just because they are handmade.

Cutltivated with natural methods they grow thanks to water and the warmth of Paestum sun.
Like all our products, they are available in a limited amount, just because they are the natural produce of our land.

They are perfect for tasty aperitifs or as side dish.
